In order to bring the working of railways police at par with sister law enforcement agencies, a master piece app for the verification of the criminals and their previous record has been launched with the assistance of PITB.

Through the digitization, Pakistan Railways police would be able to tackle the issue of shortage of staff. This would help in identification and apprehension of proclaimed offenders, court absconders involved in heinous crimes e.g. dacoity, robbery, murder and habitual sex offenders trying to travel on Pakistan Railways. Through the system i.e. e-Police Post App, Pakistan Railways Police would be able to verify online the credentials of suspicious elements present on railway stations/premises.
